Cayce Tilghman

Cayce Tilghman began preparing for her real estate career at an early age. By the age of nine, she and her parents had already lived in 4 different states, making her all too familiar with the excitement and stressors of moving. Eventually, her family planted roots in Greensboro, North Carolina, where she spent the rest of her childhood. As a young adult, she enrolled at NC State, which served as her introduction to the wonderful City of Oaks.

 

After college, Cayce worked in banking until 2006 when she took a leap of faith and began her real estate career. She firmly believes it was the best “move” she ever made! For over 15 years Cayce has serviced clients in their real estate journeys. She’s seen firsthand the amazing growth this region has experienced and is familiar with the ebbs and flows of the market. Having assisted with the sale and purchase of homes and properties ranging from $50K to $2.5M, she is familiar with every price point.

 

After meeting her now husband Scott on match.com in Raleigh, they were married in 2013 at Raleigh’s Famous Angus Barn Pavillion. They welcomed their first daughter Carson in 2014, and their second daughter Scotlyn in 2016, and made the move from their longtime home in North Raleigh to plant new roots in Johnston County. Upon finding their forever home, they made one final addition to the family, their Saving Grace rescue dog, Knox.

 

When she’s not assisting clients, you can find her spending quality time with her husband and daughters. She volunteers at the children's school library and book fair, and looks forward to getting involved in the PTA in the near future. The family enjoys traveling, entertaining family and friends, and being outdoors.
